Sub-Consult is a new name in sub-contractor dispute management, although the team behind the name has many years experience in this arena.
Our team of consultants all have a considerable grounding in the construction industry, many have over 30 years experience. It is this experience that has been utilised in the services we offer, providing in depth knowledge of the construction process, the various Forms of Contract including an understanding of contractual issues and a heavy bias towards commercial settlement.
We have recognised that dispute resolution places a greater emphasis on the role of project planning particularly in litigation cases, although we believe that in extension of time claims the use of an expert planner is misguided. However, to cater for this growing demand we have built up our own team of project planners.
Our aim is always to understand our clients needs and never to carryout a commission without first reviewing the strengths and weaknesses of the problem at hand.
From our base in the south of England, we are able to undertaking commissions throughout the UK.
